Founder
Cooper was a founding member of our firm which he and H.B. Lee Jr. began in 1967. He was a graduate of Howard College, now known as Samford University. He was an honorary member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and served on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Cooper’s influence can still be very much felt today at our firm. He always took a personal interest in his clients as well as employees. Seeing the way he treated others molded subsequent partners and staff members paving the way for success for our firm. Cooper continued to service clients until his passing in 2012.
